Order Processing Time

Orders placed through newenglandlifes.com are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 PM Pacific Time or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes outside the contiguous United States, or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Carriers

We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx to deliver orders. The carrier is selected based on the shipping destination, package size, and available service in your area.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. We do not charge handling fees, fuel surcharges, or additional shipping charges at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other events outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier’s system.

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
